To become a Creative Frames Dealer and obtain a user name and password to access the Dealer’s Only section of our web site, please complete the form below.
Once we receive your registration it will be reviewed by our office. You will receive confirmation via email when your registration has been validated. If you have a web site, listing it will speed up the validation process. Thank you.
You select your own user name and password. You may always change your password later.
Note: User names and passwords are case sensitive!
For best results select a user name and password that is:
- Between 4 and 10 characters.
- Only lower-case letters or numbers.
- Contains no spaces.
- Easy for you to remember.
Good example: User name: jsmith Password: photo123
Bad example: User name: J Smith Password: Photo123
